Focusing on these types of risks, he has worked with clients throughout the years to create insurance programs that met client’s unique needs. These solutions addressed unique risk transfer needs which at the time were not necessarily addressed by the insurance industry. Some examples of solutions include manuscripted building ordinance endorsements tailored to local building codes, as well as the creation of coverage for delays in construction due to the discovery of archeological finds. Some of these solutions have been adopted by the insurance industry.
He has worked with clients large and small, including multi-billion dollar commercial and multi-family portfolios as well as the creation of OCIP programs for developers of commercial and multi-family projects
