Those varying roles include several years as a bond claim manager and contract & commercial surety underwriter at the local branch offices of two top-ten (by premium written) surety companies. Before joining AllStates Vince managed the bond department and oversaw the underwriting relationships for the surety division of a publicly traded insurance brokerage firm in the greater Philadelphia area. Vince is now looking forward to bringing these varying surety experiences into his new role with AllStates. Vince resides in the Collegeville, PA area with his wife and two boys.

Vince is the newest member of the AllStates team. By providing business development and internal operations support to the team Vince’s hiring will allow us to take on additional new clients without sacrificing any of the hands-on support our existing clients have grown to expect. Vince is looking forward to getting acquainted with AllStates’ existing customers, as well as bringing in new clients to the AllStates family. After earning a degree in Finance from Shippensburg University Vince has spent the last 15+ years working in multiple facets of the surety business.
