Kirk Aguilera

Kirk has dedicated the last 25 years of his nearly 30-year insurance industry career learning and perfecting workers compensation. He has focused his time and energy on how the product works, is underwritten, analyzed, and how actuary plays a role in almost every aspect of the workers compensation product; in addition to a focus on allocated expenses, how they get paid and how cost containment plays a critical role in profits. To add, Kirk and his team have also built knowledge on predictive modeling, and how development of claims really occurs and what role they play in the client’s ultimate premium. By doing this, it has allowed Kirk to educate his clients on the true “cost” of the workers compensation plan, not just the premium – which is what most of the industry tends to focus on.
