About Patrick
With more than two decades of experience in insurance, Patrick Stroth is the National Practice Leader for The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers’ M&A Transaction Insurance practice.
Patrick began his career as an independent broker focused on D&O and executive liability, then founded Rubicon M&A Insurance Services, which merged with Liberty in 2021 to bring specialized transaction insurance capabilities to a national platform. Today, he advises buyers, sellers, investors, and their deal teams on how to execute transactions with greater certainty and cleaner outcomes through tailored solutions including Sell-Side and Buy-Side Representations & Warranties insurance, Naked D&O tail coverage, Secondaries and End of Fund Life insurance for funds.
