After a well-rounded insurance career covering many facets of both the carrier and broker sides of the business, Nickie took the entrepreneur’s path and started her agency from scratch in 2005. After a couple of years, Don jumped in to help, and a growing staff soon followed to accommodate the growing business.
Nickie was looking to take that next step of growth, which would require some help on the operational and administrative side of the business, so she could focus on marketing and new business opportunities. After meeting with Liberty, we all knew it was clearly a fit.
We are very excited to join forces with Nickie and Don Heath and their energetic team in San Diego and look forward to the growth and success that is sure to come!
