Los Angeles, CA – March 24, 2022 – The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers is proud to announce that Adam Baillie has been elevated to the position of Chief Strategy Officer.
Adam began his career in 1997, as a Producer working for a small personal lines agency in California and in 2004, he joined Hayward Tilton & Rolapp as an Associate Producer helping lead the development of various industry verticals including launching a program in the automotive space designed for parts manufacturers and importers.
In 2014, Adam joined The Liberty Company as a Producer as well as serving as a Managing Partner in the Orange County, CA office, rising through the ranks to manage the Company’s client resources and technology platforms along with founding the Business Development Unit (BDU) which has been instrumental in Liberty’s growth strategy. He now leads a team of more than 30 professionals who are responsible for the Company’s marketing, branding, data & analytics, business intelligence, partner growth strategies, partner/producer recruiting and on-boarding, client deliverables, and much more.
In his new role Adam will be responsible for the Company’s overall growth strategy, in collaboration with its Executive team and board of directors, which will outline Liberty’s overall vision, competitive dynamics, organizational capabilities, and potential risks. He will work closely with the management team and partners to execute key initiatives, pursue new opportunities, oversee the sales agenda, and report results.
