Experienced Industry Leader Joins Forces with Liberty to Drive Strategic Growth Initiatives
GAINESVILLE, FLA. – June 14, 2024 — The Liberty Company announced today the appointment of Joe Clark to the position of President of its Liberty Select division. Clark’s vast experience in the insurance industry, spanning several decades, adds depth and strong leadership to the Liberty team.
After serving in the Navy, Clark was inspired by risk management studies at Temple University. Afterwards, he embarked on a career with New York Life, followed by a decade at a Nationwide Insurance Agency in Philadelphia, where he consistently drove growth in personal lines and financial services. He then joined Willis, where he progressed from local to regional leader and eventually became SVP of Sales and Marketing nationally. In 2017, Clark assumed the role of Chief Growth Officer at Aon Private Risk Management, where he co-led his team to significant achievements in the private client insurance market.
At Liberty, Clark will lead the Select division, overseeing personal lines, private client, and small commercial insurance. “Joe is a visionary leader who shares our values, has tremendous experience, and brings an incredible network of relationships to our organization.
