About Clint
With an MBA in Human Resources, certificates in Strategic Planning from Harvard Business school and the University of Michigan, Clint has over 30 years of experience providing Human Resources and Operations support for global high technology companies. Clint has consulted with over 450 companies in areas ranging from Strategic Planning, Leadership Training, Executive Coaching, and general strategic HR consulting.
A credentialed executive coach in both Management Resources Group Leadership Executive Assessment and Sales Professional Assessment methodologies, Clint is also certified in the use of visual graphic tools and achieved his master facilitation designation from The Grove Consultants, International. Clint is a certified Myers-Briggs Practitioner.
Clint has authored over 25 leadership development programs ranging from emotional intelligence in leaders to critical communication skills. Clint is a frequent speaker at the local and national level on a variety of leadership topics.
Clint is passionate about the development and delivery of social and emotional training programs for corporations, education, and the community. He is a current board member of Dovetail Learning, a ground-breaking education center focused on social and emotional learning and resilience. Clint routinely consults at the board level with both for-profit and non-profit firms.
Clint resides in Sebastopol, CA and enjoys time with his family and the endless tasks it takes to maintain a ranch.
