Montoya brings deep HOA and real estate expertise to Liberty’s expanding specialty practice
GAINESVILLE, FLA. – August 18, 2025 — The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers (Liberty) is proud to announce that Brittany Montoya, SUPR, CMCA has joined the firm as Vice President, Producer at Liberty Naranjo, Liberty’s high-growth Northern California office led by Managing Partners, Jonathan Naranjo and Michael Naranjo.

With a dynamic background in community management and deep specialization in real estate-focused risk solutions, Montoya brings a powerful combination of operational insight and technical insurance expertise to her new role. Based in Las Vegas, she will focus on providing comprehensive commercial insurance strategies for homeowner and condominium associations (HOAs/COAs), a segment in which she’s become a trusted authority.
Montoya began her career managing HOAs firsthand, quickly ascending from community manager to regional director and ultimately vice president. This foundation gave her unmatched perspective into the day-to-day needs and operational intricacies of community associations, which she now leverages as a commercial insurance producer. Prior to joining Liberty, she served as Vice President, Producer at USI Insurance Services, where she built a reputation for niche specialization, client advocacy, and results-driven service.
In addition to her producer role, Montoya is actively engaged in the industry, serving on the Magazine Committee for the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the Programming Committee for the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and teaching continuing education courses on insurance at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas as part of the state’s management licensing program.
