Suzanne is a dedicated HR Executive with over 20 years of experience cementing corporate-wide initiatives, critical policy enforcements, employee relation lifecycles, executive recruitment and streamlining succession planning directives for a variety of industries. Suzanne has consulted with over 500 clients in areas ranging from policy compliance, change leadership, national mentorship programs, and HRIS integrations.
Suzanne has a BS degree in Behavioral Science and Sociology from San Jose State University and a SPHR certification. She recently joined Chief, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there. She is passionate about the humans in “human resources” and in guiding companies to tap into their greatest strength, their people, to support their mission and goals. She is also a pragmatic and effective communicator with a direct approach that allows for clear and concise decisions to be made and implemented.
