With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Spirakis brings a career defined by leadership, mentorship, and a strong track record of driving organic growth through producer development. Throughout his tenure, he has worked closely with some of the country’s top-performing independent agencies, holding senior leadership positions across both sales and operations. Spirakis’ approach is rooted in creating structured systems that foster accountability, activity, and confidence among producers, building high-performing teams and measurable results at scale.
Prior to joining Liberty, Spirakis served as President of Producer Activity LLC, where he led sales training and prospecting programs for over 1,000 commercial P&C, surety, and employee benefits producers. His renowned “prospecting boot camps” helped generate millions in new business revenue, empowering producers with the tools and discipline needed to accelerate their pipelines and close rates. Known for his energy, clarity, and commitment to coaching, Spirakis has become a trusted voice among agency leaders and producers alike.
