DeFinis, with over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, has a remarkable history of success. His career began at ADP in 2009, where he successfully sold workers’ compensation programs and earned six consecutive President’s Club awards. In 2016, he joined USI Insurance Services as Vice President, where he focused on the transportation sector. DeFinis’s dedication and leadership in this vertical then led to his promotion as Senior Vice President and Transportation Product Leader of the New Jersey Region.
DeFinis’s journey into the insurance industry was driven by his passion for uncapped commissions and the goal of growing a successful book of business. His background in collegiate football has equipped him with a strong team-oriented mindset and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, demanding environments. At USI, DeFinis’s leadership and strategic vision were instrumental in establishing him as a top producer and an influential figure in the transportation insurance market.
In his new role at Liberty, DeFinis will focus on enhancing our commercial lines division, particularly within the transportation sector. His commitment to excellence and his comprehensive understanding of the insurance landscape makes him a valuable addition to the Liberty family.
