GAINESVILLE, Fla., Sept. 2, 2026 – The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers (Liberty) welcomes Emma Fox as Executive Vice President, Benefits.
Fox brings 22 years in the insurance industry, including more than a decade building self-funded health strategies outside the traditional carrier model. In 2018, she co-founded E Powered Benefits the industry’s first fee-only benefits consulting firm, built entirely around that independence. She later created the Certified Health Value Advisor curriculum, now taught through the Validation Institute, and founded the YOU Powered Symposium, an annual gathering for benefits advisors. She was named Validation Institute’s Broker of the Year in 2024 and 2026 and a Top Woman in Benefits by Employee Benefits Network in 2020.
