The launch marks a meaningful new chapter in both the Naranjo family legacy and Liberty’s expanding national footprint, as the brothers unite professionally to build something enduring together. With Jonathan overseeing Property & Casualty (P&C) and Michael leading Employee Health & Benefits, the new office reflects Liberty’s commitment to integrated, people-first solutions, uniting decades of experience under one shared vision. Backed by Liberty’s entrepreneurial platform, Liberty Naranjo will serve as a fully integrated Employee Benefits and P&C insurance advisory firm with a relationship-first approach to risk management, benefits, and client advocacy.

Prior to joining Liberty, Jonathan held leadership roles at top national brokerages, where he built a strong reputation for delivering sophisticated risk management strategies to real estate owners, operators, and complex property portfolios across the country. Backed by long-standing relationships with the industry’s most influential insurance carriers, he brings unmatched credibility and negotiation leverage on behalf of his clients. Jonathan now leads an elite team operating under the Liberty Naranjo banner.
Michael Naranjo has been a Liberty leader since 2024 and has been instrumental in scaling the firm’s Employee Benefits practice and guiding clients through an ever-changing healthcare and compliance landscape.
