Seasoned agriculture insurance leader brings 30+ years of expertise to Liberty’s expanding agriculture practice
GAINESVILLE, FLA. – October 2, 2025 — The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers (Liberty) is pleased to announce the addition of Marlene Rianda, CIC, as Vice President, Commercial Lines, Liberty Agriculture.
With more than 30 years of experience in commercial lines, Rianda brings deep expertise and proven leadership to her new role. Based in Visalia, California, she has built her career around a specialized focus in agriculture, construction, and real estate accounts. She began her journey in the industry as an intern, quickly realizing her passion for insurance and building a career that has spanned account management, sales, operations, and marketing.
Over the course of her career, Rianda has held senior roles including Senior Vice President of Marketing, Director of Operations, and Account Executive, giving her a unique perspective into every facet of the business. Most recently, she served as Account Executive II, where she worked with large commercial accounts and honed her ability to deliver tailored solutions to complex client needs. Her multi-dimensional experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to build high-performing teams and deliver client-first service.

She will also be responsible for servicing client relationships and ensuring Liberty Agriculture continues to grow as a trusted leader in the space. Rianda’s strong track record of success, coupled with her commitment to collaboration and excellence, makes her a valuable addition to Liberty’s growing agriculture practice.
