Watson is an experienced insurance professional with a focus on Middle Market Employee Benefits. Prior to joining Liberty, he held an AVP role at Gallagher, where he was responsible for consulting middle market clients on their employee benefits programs. He has built a reputation for delivering strong client service and strategic solutions for employers navigating complex benefits decisions.

Watson also brings deep expertise in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) space, where he will help lead Liberty’s efforts in developing a specialized practice for clients exploring PEO solutions.
