Don spent a decade as VP of Operations at a Sacramento-based artisan construction firm before transitioning into insurance in 2010. In that role, he managed 120 or more employees and held full responsibility for scheduling, procurement, accounting, design, sales, and contract negotiations. That operational background informed a deliberate career pivot: he entered insurance to serve the contractor community he knew firsthand, building a specialty in insurance portfolios and risk management for Fire and Life Safety Contractors nationwide.
