The average organic growth rate for independent agencies in 2025 was 9.4 percent, according to the Big “I” Best Practices Study. Liberty’s 16.3 percent growth placed it well above that benchmark, driven by disciplined acquisition strategy and expanding specialty capabilities across all 50 states.
