Los Angeles, CA – April 6, 2022 – The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers has named Clint Tripodi as Senior Vice President, Human Capital Management Practice Leader.
Having managed human resources departments for several major corporations across many industries, including a major division of Hitachi, Clint brings to Liberty 40 years of experience in the field. With a BS from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo and an MBA in HR from Golden Gate University along with certifications from Harvard Business School and the University of Michigan, he has consulted with hundreds of businesses in the areas of strategic planning, leadership training, team development, executive coaching, and human resources. He is a Myers-Briggs certified practitioner, allowing him to bring personality assessments into his work. Additionally, Clint holds the master facilitation designation from Grove Consultants International and is a credentialed coach in the fields of executive coaching and leadership and sales assessments.
