Dyer’s career path is marked by a unique transition from the hospitality sector, where he managed one of Seattle’s most popular brunch spots, to a successful career in insurance. As the fourth generation of Dyers in the insurance industry, Dyer carries on a family legacy that began with his great-grandfather and grandfather, who founded W.C Dyer & Sons in 1913 in Salem, Oregon. His father, now retired, served as Senior VP at Kibble & Prentice/USI, where Dyer himself began his insurance career as an Assistant Account Manager during the company’s merger with USI. He quickly demonstrated his capabilities, which led him to a Producer role at Sprague Israel Giles. There, he focused on providing insurance coverage to niche medical professionals, particularly Naturopathic Doctors, and excelled in growing and managing his book of business.
Dyer’s success is rooted in his ability to understand and meet the distinct needs of his clients, a skill honed through years of dedicated service and industry expertise. At Sprague Israel Giles, he was instrumental in both expanding his client base and training new talent, earning respect as both a leader and a mentor. His commitment to offering personalized service and his deep knowledge of the insurance landscape make him an excellent fit for Liberty’s dynamic team.
