Baillie, who previously served as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO), has played a critical role in Liberty’s expansion and success over the past decade.
As Liberty continues to pursue strategic growth opportunities, the need for strong leadership in the COO position became evident. After a thorough evaluation, Liberty selected Baillie, an internal powerhouse with a wealth of experience in delivering operational excellence, to help lead the company into its next phase of growth.

Baillie has been a key contributor to Liberty’s success since joining the firm in 2014 as a Producer, and later, Managing Partner, ultimately holding a variety of roles while helping the company achieve a remarkable 16-fold revenue increase since his arrival.
Over the past decade, Baillie was responsible for creating and managing Liberty’s Business Development Unit, Data & Business Intelligence Units, and Liberty Underwriting Services (LUS). In his new role, he will oversee all aspects of Liberty’s four distinct business segments, along with several administrative and operational functions, while continuing to foster Liberty’s unique culture focused on individual happiness and entrepreneurial success.
